Vince Costantino
CEO
Vince brings over 25 years of experience in the software, technology and engineering industries. He has held senior management positions in the software industries with Aptean out of Atlanta, Georgia and Consona out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Most notably, he was a business partner with Automated Design Systems. Over a 27-year period, Vince, his partners and their team grew the company into a very successful, multi-million dollar software and engineering company.
Vince has a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Studies from the University of Winnipeg along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Studies from the University of Manitoba.
Marcel Joaquin
Partner, Strategy & Analytics and CFO
Marcel brings over 25 years of experience in the administrative, financial management and food industry. Before joining IQdigitec. he was a VP with Manitoba Harvest, a BRC AA+ food manufacturer with products carried in over 10,000 independent grocers, specialty food stores and large retail chains. Marcel began his career in audit of food companies, followed by regulatory enforcement, and has led the delivery of farm financial programs as an executive with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He has also been a member of the faculty at both the University of Winnipeg, and the University of Manitoba for over 20 years.
Marcel is a member of Financial Executives International and serves as a board member of the Winnipeg chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba specializing in Management Information Systems and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is based in our Canadian office in Winnipeg.
Sharat Murarka
Chief Science and Data Officer
Sharat has extensive experience in engineering and technology. Previously, Sharat was founder and President of Sys-Con Engineering. For over 26 years, he and his team delivered high-quality software programs and applications. He has also completed sophisticated electrical/ electronic interfacing for automation projects.
Sharat has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India and a Master’s Degree in Control Systems, from University of Bradford (UK). He also has conducted research in Computer Applications in Bio Medical application in England. Sharat currently resides in Kolkata, India and also oversees IQdigitecs’ branch office.
Anurag Agarwal
CTO
Anurag has decades of experience in technology and software development. Previously, Anurag was a key player with Sys-Con Engineering and for 20 years, played a vital role in its tremendous success. He led teams in the development of data acquisition, control projects and applications.
Anurag holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata, India. He currently resides in Kolkata, India and he is also a key leader and team member of IQdigitecs’ branch office.
